Who we are
Commercial Roster™ is an editorial publishing a selection of commercial and branded film work. We are not an agency or a marketplace. Inclusion on the site is not an offer of services and creates no relationship between Commercial Roster and the credited artists, directors, production companies, or brands.
Use of the site
You’re welcome to view, read, and link to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t scrape the site, republish its contents in bulk, or present it as your own. Editorial selections, commentary, and the curatorial work itself are © Commercial Roster.
Embedded video
Films are embedded from third-party platforms such as Vimeo and YouTube. Those embeds are subject to the host platform’s own terms of service. Commercial Roster doesn’t host the underlying video files and isn’t responsible for their availability or behavior.
Credits and rights
All works featured remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe a credit on the site is incorrect, incomplete, or that a film should be removed, email mail@commercialroster.com and we’ll review it promptly.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Commercial Roster does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commercial Roster and its editorial team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site.

Privacy Policy
Summary
The site is fully static. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no advertising pixels. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page doesn’t pull resources from third-party font services.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. Cloudflare maintains standard request logs — typically including IP address, user agent, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and platform operations, per Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Embedded video
Project pages embed video from Vimeo and YouTube. Those iframes load third-party content, and those providers may set their own cookies or collect data according to their privacy policies. Commercial Roster doesn’t receive that data.
If you email mail@commercialroster.com — for example to submit a credit correction or ask a question — your message and email address are stored in our mail provider. We use them only to respond to you.
Newsletter and submissions
Newsletter sign-up and paid submissions are not currently offered. When they launch, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how it’s handled.
Children’s privacy
The site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.
